“The customer service I received from James at Road and Trail was excellent. I needed a full service of my bike before taking it to university as it was rusty and wasn’t riding smoothly. I also assumed that it might need a set of new inner tubes as the tyres had been flat for many years. However, not only did James get my bike looking like new, he told me that new inner tubes were not needed. So, the price was even more reasonable than first expected!
